Delete your account

You can delete your PowerGrid account yourself, in the phone app or on the website.

Steps

1. Sign in to the PowerGrid app or at powergridbilling.com.
2. Tap the person icon at the top (My account).
3. Choose Delete company account (company admin) or Delete my login (team member), then confirm.

What gets deleted

• Company account: locked for the whole team right away. All customers, readings, meter photos, bills, payments and logins are permanently erased after 30 days. The admin can undo it until then by signing in.
• Team member login: removed right away. Bills and payments that person recorded stay with the company, which owns those records.
• Backups are removed within a further 30 days.

Can't sign in?

Email support@powergridbilling.com from the address you use to sign in, with the company name, and we will delete it for you.

يمكنك حذف حسابك في PowerGrid بنفسك، من تطبيق الهاتف أو من الموقع.

الخطوات

1. سجّل الدخول إلى تطبيق PowerGrid أو إلى powergridbilling.com.
2. اضغط على رمز الشخص في الأعلى (حسابي).
3. اختر حذف حساب الشركة (مسؤول الشركة) أو حذف تسجيل دخولي (عضو في الفريق)، ثم أكّد.

ما الذي يُحذف

• حساب الشركة: يُقفل لكل الفريق فوراً، وتُمحى نهائياً كل المشتركين والقراءات وصور العدّادات والفواتير والدفعات وحسابات الدخول بعد 30 يوماً. يمكن للمسؤول التراجع حتى ذلك الحين بتسجيل الدخول.
• تسجيل دخول عضو في الفريق: يُزال فوراً. تبقى الفواتير والدفعات التي سجّلها لدى الشركة التي تملك هذه السجلات.
• تُزال النسخ الاحتياطية خلال 30 يوماً إضافية.

لا تستطيع تسجيل الدخول؟

راسل support@powergridbilling.com من البريد الذي تستخدمه لتسجيل الدخول مع اسم الشركة، وسنحذفه لك.
