Terms of Service

These terms apply to PowerGrid Billing on powergridbilling.com and in the phone apps. By creating a company account or signing in, you agree to them. Contact: support@powergridbilling.com.

The service

PowerGrid helps generator operators record meter readings, calculate bills with their own tariffs, send bills and receipts through their own WhatsApp, and track payments. Features may change as the service improves.

Your account and team

• The person who creates a company account is its admin and controls who joins and with which role.
• Keep passwords private; you are responsible for what is done with your team's logins.

Your data and responsibilities

• Your company's records belong to your company. You can export or delete them at any time.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of readings, tariffs and bills, and for following the rules that apply to your business, including official tariffs.
• Only message subscribers who expect to hear from you, and only record data you are allowed to keep.

Subscription and payment

Company accounts are paid by subscription as agreed with PowerGrid (cash, OMT or Whish). If a subscription stays unpaid, the account may be limited to viewing and exporting until it is settled.

Availability

We work to keep PowerGrid available and your data safe, including backups and offline use on phones, but we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted. The service is provided "as is".

Liability

To the extent the law allows, PowerGrid is not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue, and our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Ending the service

You can delete your company account at any time from the app (see how). We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or break these terms. Data is handled as described in the privacy policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. We will first try to resolve any disagreement directly with you.

الخدمة

يساعد PowerGrid أصحاب المولّدات على تسجيل قراءات العدّادات، واحتساب الفواتير بتعرفاتهم الخاصة، وإرسال الفواتير والإيصالات عبر واتساب الخاص بهم، ومتابعة الدفعات. قد تتغيّر الميزات مع تطوير الخدمة.

حسابك وفريقك

• من ينشئ حساب الشركة هو المسؤول عنه، ويتحكّم بمن ينضم وبأي دور.
• حافظ على سرية كلمات المرور؛ أنت مسؤول عمّا يُفعل بحسابات دخول فريقك.

بياناتك ومسؤولياتك

• سجلات شركتك ملك لشركتك، ويمكنك تصديرها أو حذفها في أي وقت.
• أنت مسؤول عن دقّة القراءات والتعرفات والفواتير، وعن الالتزام بالقواعد التي تنطبق على عملك، بما فيها التعرفات الرسمية.
• راسل فقط المشتركين الذين يتوقعون رسائلك، وسجّل فقط البيانات المسموح لك بحفظها.

الاشتراك والدفع

تُدفع حسابات الشركات باشتراك وفق الاتفاق مع PowerGrid (نقداً أو OMT أو Whish). إذا بقي الاشتراك غير مدفوع، قد يُقتصر الحساب على العرض والتصدير حتى التسوية.

توفّر الخدمة

نعمل على إبقاء PowerGrid متاحاً وبياناتك آمنة، بما في ذلك النسخ الاحتياطية والعمل دون اتصال على الهواتف، لكن لا يمكننا ضمان عدم انقطاع الخدمة أبداً. تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي».

المسؤولية

في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا يتحمّل PowerGrid مسؤولية الخسائر غير المباشرة مثل خسارة الإيرادات، وتقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية على رسوم الاشتراك التي دفعتها خلال الأشهر الثلاثة السابقة للمطالبة.

إنهاء الخدمة

يمكنك حذف حساب شركتك في أي وقت من التطبيق (راجع الطريقة). قد نعلّق الحسابات التي تسيء استخدام الخدمة أو تخالف هذه الشروط. تُعالج البيانات كما هو موضح في سياسة الخصوصية.

القانون

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين لبنان. سنحاول أولاً حلّ أي خلاف مباشرةً معك.
